For ROM v19.0: _delmem = 25A7h
Subtract 1Ah for the other ROM versions (except 19.006 of course).

Check Sam Heald's Super Mario Level Editor for code that uses it.

If I'm right then the offset of ROM 19.0 is #0, and the others (below 19.0)
#26? Is this correct? And what is the ROM-offset of 19.0006? Or is
everything moved around there?

btw, still haven't found a _delmem equivalent, could somebody point me at
something like that?
