For anyone that's confused, I believe Adamman was going to freeze the
_vertical_ movement of the center, not the horizontal. Movement will be
like that in Wolfenstein 3D. The only big difference between this game and
Wolf3D, as I understand it, is the use of non-orthogonal walls.
Adamman- If the game is getting too slow, go ahead and remove the vertical
movement. It doesn't sound like it's really important to the game, if
everything's the same height. Just comment out the source, instead of
deleting it. But I assume you know that, so I'll shut up. :)
