Alright, this is for all you ti-junkies who like screwing up their 
TI-XX or your friends' calcs.

First of all check your ROM-version
TI-80/82/83/83+		[MODE]+[ALPHA]+[S]
			If you press [enter] your TI-8X will run 
			a selftest and reset your calc.
			(backup files before using it.)




2.All the bugs on the TI-calculators.

WARNING:
	MOST OF THESE BUGS WILL RESET YOUR CALC, SO BACKUP YOUR FILES
	BEFORE USING THEM.

1. TI-80:
--------------
THE TI OVERFLOW BUG:	ROM version 4.0

	Make a new program and input the following lines:
	:{1,2,3}->L1
	:"{1,2,3}L1"->Y1
	:Y1(L1)
		On execution:
		Overflow error prompt
		-> select the goto option
		-> Possible results
	* You land in a new program with a weird (or no) name
	and when you exit the prog and reenter the prog menu
	the calc freezes cause it can't display the chars in
	the program name

	* Or displays all the Y-Vars and the crashes
	You won't be able to turn on the calc.
	Take out of your batteries and press [on] a few times.
	Put the bat. back in and your calc will work again. 

STRANGE Y=:	ROM version 4.0

	->Press Y=
	You will get this:
	Y1=
	Y2=
	Y3=
	Y4=
	->Put in Y4 a few spaces till you can put 'Y5=' below Y4=
	Then goto the = of Y4=
	->Press enter
	->press [2nd], right-key
	make an extra space
	And the '='(of Y5=) will be displayed inverted.
	*This bug will not reset your calc

3. TI-83:

STRING LENGTH ZERO BUG:		ROM version 1.07000

	Make a new program and input the following lines:
	:""->Str1
	:expr(Str1
	On execution:
	Your calc simply freezes up

TRACE BUG:			ROM version 1.07000

	Make this program:

	PROGRAM:RST83
	:CoordOff
	:ExprOff
	:{1,2,3->L1
	:{1,1,1->L2
	:{2,2,2->L3
	:{3,3,3->L4
	:Plot1(Scatter,L1,L2,.
	:Plot2(Scatter,L1,L3,.
	:Plot3(Scatter,L1,L4,.
	:Trace
		*Execute this program and press up severall times
		Result:
        	Your calc will freeze up
		If you wait long enough, you get weird lines
		all over the screen.  And finally your calc crashes.

Well I'm a well known pc coder who likes to mess around with his TI-83.
I'm making an inline assembler in TI-BASIC for the TI-83 machines
so you just enter the asm code
and it translates it to native TI-83 code (HEX) wich you can execute.

Pascal J.:
I'm a TI-83 advanced BASIC Programmer and still a medium ASM Programmer.
