Well, here it is.  I have used this version for the past two semesters and I forgot that I 
hadn't posted it yet.  If there are any problems contact me, and I'll do what I can.

Ps.  Parenthetical notation requires an algorithm that I though was too lengthy for a simple
and low memory program.  Therefore, just multiply out the number of atom.  (I know this is
with some organics, but just think how much you are saving by not adding by hand.)
