Prime Functions

	These are well, the fuctions of the prime numbers.  For prime,
you enter which prime number that you want.  For example, enter
'prime(16)', and it will return 53, and rather quickly for basic.
All functions depend on each other to perform their respective functions.
primebnd(a,b) returns a list of primes from a to b inclusive.
primed(n) returns the next lower prime <n.
primeinv(n) returns which prime number it is if n is prime.  Otherwise
it returns false.
primelst(a,b) returns the ath prime number to the bth prime number
in a list.
primeu(n) returns the next higher prime number >n.
