This is a Pretty staightforward program. 
Just type what you want the president to say in quotes in the 
	argument of the program "Speak".

Ex:  dubya\speak("Four score and seven years ago...")


Note:  The syllable engine is not perfect yet.

Noteagain: Try to stay away from long sentences.
		They go right off the screen.

Yetanothernote: You may distribute this program as you please, and
	you can look at the code all you want, but PLEASE do not
