MadRacer, beta 0.2

To race, start main\madracer() and wait until the hi-tech logo has been showed,
then press Enter and chose speed mode, slow or fast, press Enter again
and select course 1 or 2.

The car starts immediate to ride.
The keys to use is:

Left key  - Left.
Right key - Right.
Up key    - Up.
Down key  - Down.
Esc       - Leave race.
