My name is Horace Archer and I wrote the programme Directory Phonebook.
This is my 3rd update of this programme but not the last, the next release

	Directory is a programme designed to allows its user to: - 

A.	  Enter names and phone numbers
B.	  Edit those names previously entered
C.	  Search for names previously entered data. 
D.	  Sort names in alphabetical order

1.  	THE INITIAL SCREEN

	  F1- New Data

	  F2- Edit Exiting Data

	  F3- View Exiting Data 

	  F4- Search

	  F5- Sort


	Press the desired menu key to start.

2.	EDITING AND ENTERING DATA.	

  When Entering or Editing Data Use the up/down arrow keys to 
  position the pointer at the Last name
			      First name
			Or    Number.

  Press Second to Use the Numbers
  Press Alpha to Change UPPER CASE Letters to lower case letters 
  Vice Versa.

  Press DELETE To Delete the last character typed.

  Press CLEAR to clear the row in front of the pointer.

  Press EXIT to EXIT.

3.	VIEWING EXITING DATA.

  Press UP/DOWN arrow keys to view data.  If no data exists nothing
  will be seen.


4.	SEARCH FOR NAME.
	
  Type the name or part of the name you wish to search for.
  Press Enter
  Press F4 for Firstname F5 for Lastname.

4.	SORT.
  Sorts.
