This is my first program release, so please don't laugh.
I just started programming like 2 weeks ago.

Instructions:
This isn't hard. First input the number that could possibly be the maximum number that
you would have to guess. Then start guessing. After a hundred games you are prompted
to play again.

If you make better than 25% you're doing pretty good.
