A simple high low game

the "standard" game is 1 thru 10, 5 points for right, loose 2 for wrong.  10 turns

using custom you can choose any values for said above topics

this program was made to test out the Randint( command and a simple high score system.  

TROUBLESHOOTING:
if for some reason you delete the list HILO, you must make another with at least 2 items.
