This is, I must say, quite a triumph of BASIC programming.
There are four players, you and three computers. You're at
the bottom of the screen, and your partner is at the top.
Hopefully, the computer AI is good enough (or bad enough,
in the case of your partner) to give you a run for your 
money. It's a little slow, but it's about as fast as it's
going to get without a major overhaul, which could take a 
while.

I. Gameplay
Play begins with you as the dealer, meaning you're the last to call trump, and you get to pick up the flop if it's called as trump. You
can tell who the dealer is simply because the player clockwise from
them is the one who first decides to pass or pick it up. You play until someone has ten points. Here's how the points go:

Call and take 3 or 4 tricks: 1 point
Call and take all 5 tricks: 2 points
Call alone and take 3 or 4 tricks: 1 point
Call alone and take all 5 tricks: 4 points
Other team calls and your team takes 3, 4, or 5 tricks: 2 points

Play starts out with Stick the Dealer enabled, which means the dealer
must call trump if everyone else passes twice. Also, kitty (farmer's
hand) is disabled. Kitty means that if you have 3 non-face cards (9 or 
10) you can trade them in for the cards in the kitty. To change these rules, go to the menu.

2nd: Access menu

K: Take kitty (if enabled)

P: Pass

U: Pick it up

A: Go Alone

C: Clubs

S: Spades

D: Diamonds

H: Hearts


The T:S, or T:C, etc. tells you what trump is. (T:S means Trump is Spades)

The number in the top right hand corner tells you who has the trick.
(1 is the player on your left, 2 is your partner, 3 is the player on
your right, 4 is you)
