Title: Homework Recorder (HMWRKREC on the calculator) Author: Jack Petersen Company: Pop Dog Software © 2002 Version: 1.00 Size: 1920 Bytes (On TI-83 Plus) Language: TI-BASIC Platform(s): TI-83 Plus, TI-83 Plus Silver Edition, and the MIRAGE OS Shell ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Features: Homework Recorder is THE BEST homework recording program out there. Here's why: Homework Recorder has has protection, when you quit it archives all your strings so in the even your RAM is cleared your assignments are still safe. This saves space so when you need to run something big you don't have to archive all your strings.. Also you have the ability to add to your current assignments without having to re-write the entire thing down again.Homework Recorder uses Strings 1-7 (1-8 actually but 8 is just a temp.) Homework Recorder has 7 areas for subjects. I'm leaving it unprotected so you can edit the menu's and label your subjects, or you can delete some if you don't have 7 classes so as to save space. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ About the program: Some of you may ask... "Why did you bother making a program like this when there are so many others like it?" Becuase all the programs I used SUCKED no offense to the programmers. They had pointless features that took up space, I mean come now a homework recorder isn't supposed to have cool little intro's and pictures. Also whenever my RAM got cleared so did my homework or programs would write over it unkowingly. I also wrote this program becuase I was bored and needed something to do. Another question you might raise is, "How many people are killed each year by falling coconuts?" The answer I don't know. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Version History: v1.00 - This is actually the only version but I had once made a homework recorder before this but it's a long story and it never got out. Why did I even inlcude a version history here I don't know. v2.00 - Um currently this isn't even in the works, but I'd like to make it someday when I learn assembly so it's smaller, faster and won't use strings among other things, but until then I guess we will all have to wait in suspense.
