Program: SYS99

I created this program at the end of 1998. It is a basic shell 
for the ti-83.
It is like windows, not for the PC but for the TI-83.
You can move the mouse with the cursor keys and start a program
with the 2nd key.
In the menu bar you'll find functions like shutdown the TI-83.

To use your own programs in SYS99, you must edit SYSPROG
1.Change NONE to the name of your program/game.
2.Go down to the number corresponding with the number behind str
3.End write down the name of the startup file.
4.Leave SYSPROG

Tot start the program you must run SYS99
