Description:  A simple, but useful, program that uses strings to store 
     messages.  !!Password Protected!!

Requirements:  3189 bytes of memory, All 10 strings, and L3(1).

Instructions:  Run prgmNOTEINST first.  This program tells you the 
     requirements and most important, the "Password" to get into the 
     actual program.  (I included the password in version 2.0 and 3.0 
     because some kids in my classes who didn't know about calcs were
     up my homework.

* to run prgmNOTEINST in the actual program, press "2nd"
* clear exits program
* arrow keys move cursor

*note* - Notepad Plus 3.0 does not know that you have anything saved in
              a string.  If you save something in Notepad and there is 
              already something saved in the string, the old one is
              gone.
