Taxcalc V. 1.0 (TI-83) By Andrew Goodmanson

How it Works- It calculates the amount of tax on a 
              certain price with a certain tax 
              percentage rate.

Novelty- It has a preset for calculating the HST Tax
         (Canada) and can also calculate for other
         tax percentages (I don't know what the rate is
         in the US or anywhere else)
