Hours 1.0
This is a simple program which will tell you how much your next pay
will be. All you do is enter your pay rate (how much you get per hour),
number of hours you worked, and the tax rate (as a decimal ex. 
7.5% = .075). If you don't know what your taxrate is you can look at 
your last pay check's recipt and it'll say. 

This is probably the last version of the program. Because there isn't
much more that needs to be done to improve the program. If you need to
