Convert between HEXADECIMAL-DECIMAL-BINARY. Using Unsigned values. 

	B.  FEATURES

1. It can convert any number of bits in binary up to 16-bits(2 Bytes) to HEX & DEC


2. It can convert any Unsigned decimal value ranging from 0-65536 to HEX & BINARY


3. It can convert any number of HEX values in HEX up to 4 nibbles (2 Bytes) to DEC & BIN
i.e. Type either # of HEX values: "F","7","FF","13","FFF","4A8","FFFF",etc. 

4. You can chose between a "Graphical" program or a "Plain Text" program

5. Using Singed values has "NOT" been implemented yet, it might be later on.

	E.  Known Bugs, Aberrations, etc.
-NONE
-Typing anything but 0's and 1's in "Binary" is NOT a BUG.
-Typing anything but #'s in "Decimal" is NOT a BUG.
-Typing anything but HEX values & #'s in "HEX" is NOT a BUG.
-There will be some cases in which these errors will be detected.
-Using the "Graphical" version of this program will require NEW batteries or fully recharged batteries. For some weird reason, when using this mode it seems to require a lot of power to maintain the pictures up while you run the program.
