Basically, this program will convert from decimal to any base up to
16 and will do vice versa. This program is very useful for you math
and computer people out there.

If you find any bugs, please don't hesitate to contact me with the 
error and (if possible) correction.

Oh, and I worked pretty hard on this...please don't copy it and play
it off as your own. I think you get the idea...
