Program: Diff. Eq.

     This program will solve linear, homogeneous, constant-coefficient, 
second order differential equations of the form: aY” + bY’ + cY =0.  It 
will find the two eigenvalues and display the two solutions.  To use, 
just enter your equation when prompted.  If your value is negative, or 
zero, be sure to enter that too.
