MIXED NUMBERS

prgmMIXEDNUM is a very simple program that will convert
most decimals or irregular fractions to a mixed number.
If the number takes up too much screen space, you will
get a bad display.  Of course, this program just
allows you to do a simple task in less time and less
frustration and less chance of error.  If you don't care
about time (yeah right), this program is not for you.
