Program: Pic Works 1.0 By: Ben Axelrod This program is useful for manipulating graphics. It will flip an image vertically, or horizontally. It will also shift an image’s location. To use, just select what you want to do to your image from the menu. Then enter the upper left and lower right coordinates of the region you want it to do it to. If you are going to shift the image, you need to enter how much you want it to shift. Shift Horiz moves your image left and right. Enter a positive value to shift right, a negative to shift left. Shift Vert moves your image up and down. Enter a positive value to shift down, a negative to shift up. Now sit back and watch your image get transformed. If you want to shift your image in two directions (like up and left) then you will have to do it in two steps. You can turn you image upside down by flipping it horizontally then vertically.
