What does this program do?
Paint83 is a paint program (!) which can make freehand drawings but is also able to 
draw circles, lines and so on. And as a new feature it is also able to invert the drawn picture. 
Paint83 is able to save up to 9 pictures and delete them from within the program. 

New in version 1.1:

1. Added 'Invert' picture option into the paint menu 
2. Now possible to load a picture even though the program cannot find it
