Installation:
Send program ngfpic.8xp to your calculator via Graph-Link Cable.

Use:
This program was designed to encode any picture (0-9) into a Numerical Graphics Format (NGF). When executed, the program will
encode the desired picture into List 6 (L6) where it may be sent to another calculator that has this program or copied to 
another list for archival. This may or may not compress the amount of memory that the picture takes up, depending on the 
picture's complexity. The program also has the ability to decode NGFs. Simply place the NGF into List 6, execute NGFPIC, and
select tbe DECODE option. The restored picture may then be stored into a picture slot.
