  This was a simple program that i wrote up on a vacation when my calc crashed and i had nothing else to do.
This program ultimately led to the development of Paint Pro 86.  I decided to release this because someone may want to make a version to the ti83.
This is over a year old and very out of date if i find a new version i'll release it.
