		What is this?
	This is a Tic Tac toe game that requires two people to play.

		How to play.
	First you put in the names and press enter.  It then decides who goes first randomly.  First person always has x's.  To put in the the x's and o's, use the number pad to enter.  After every turn, it checks for a winner, or a tie.  After the game it, you can play again.

		Any bugs?
	This program has been tested and no bugs have been found.

		Future versions.
	The upcoming versions of this will be two player linkable, and one player against the computer.
