A real good looking (in my opinion anyway) tictactoe program.
The number pad = the board:

7  8  9
4  5  6   = The squares on the board. 
1  2  3

For example, if I wanted to place my X or O in the upper left hand corner,
I would push 7. Easy, right?

In the options menu, you can place a time limit on a person's turn. Once the
time limit is reached, the player forfeits his/her turn. Good stuff.

Since the first move is always the most important in this game, when a player
wins, the loser will go first the next time around.
