This will find the percentile rank of any item in L1-L6 as compared to the
rest of the items in the list

To use:
1.enter a series of scores into a list (L1-L6)
2.run PRCNTL
3.press key coresponding to desired list (wo/ pressing 2nd)
4.enter score to find rank of

Example:
1.	enter:{20,30,40,50,60}->L1
2.	enter:prgmPRCNTL
3.	press '1' without pressing 2nd
4.	enter:40
	or enter:L1(3)

Output:
B= # scores below
E= # scores equal; should be >= 1 ;)
N= # scores total in the list
Pct= percentile rank of the entered number

Notes:
*The number entered in step 4 should be an item found at least once on the
 list for the program to produce meaningful output (duh!).
*Output based on the formula:

B+E/2
----- * 100
  N
