Joseph Elmore's First World for Penguins

To run: start Penguins and choose JE1
	
	This is my first world for Penguins.  It might be pretty hard for 
some people, but I will not give any clues in this document.  I think the world
is easy although you may not.  There are some guides but I'm not giving them
