********************** Millennium Advanced Programming ********************** ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- Timer 82 Version 1.0 TI-82 BASIC Adam Ziemba Contact Us: http://map.50megs.com ftp://map.50megs.com mailto:ASony5@hotmail.com mailto:Samnmax200@aol.com ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Contents ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ · Introduction · Controls · Shareware Notice · Acknowledgements ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Introduction ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Timer 82 is a program that will allow you to keep track of time, just like a stop watch, except with more functions. Timer 82 features three slots in which the user can save data. This is useful when you want to keep a record of your progress in one or more events. For an example, you might be timing how long you can maintain your legs six inches above the ground while laying down (this builds up the muscles in your abdomen),and then record your time. Yet you also might want to record your best time for running a mile, and your best time for jumping the hurdles. This would require three different slots, and Timer 82 allows you to do just that. Timer 82 was originally created in May of 1999, and was never relased due to its incapabilites of maintaining a constant rate of change. In other words, as the program was being executed, it would slow down till each second would last as long as two. This is common among programs in BASIC for the TI- 82 and TI-83. Yet there is a way to prevent it, and that has been done here in the new version of Timer 82. The new version of Timer 82 is extremely efficiently programmed, and I guarantee that the quality of this program will meet that of your neces- saries. If it persist to do so, please notify me. You can contact me at one of the following internet based addresses: http://map.50megs.com ftp://map.50megs.com mailto:ASony5@hotmail.com mailto:Samnmax200@aol.com Be sure to tell me what you consider to be of low quality, and any- thing else you think should be in there. Your comments are important to us, afterall, we make the programs for you guys. Enjoy. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Controls ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Below is a table of keys and their corresponding functions during the execution of Timer 82. Although, I do not appreciate programmers reproducing any of my coding, yet it is legal to do. When you steal someone's coding, all you are doing is proving how bad of a programmer you really are. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Acknowledgements ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ First of all, I would like to thank the public. Why? Because that's why I made this program. Thanks guys! I would also like to thank the Texas Instruments® Corporation because they created the TI-82, which is what this program is all about. I used it to create the program, test the program, and most of all, it's what the program is made for. Thanks!
