l716 - Mike's Default Reset

One day I happened to be looking at a TI-83, and I found that the TI people decided to add a default reset option to the MEM menu.  It's a very handy option, especially since most TI-BASIC games modify your settings.  Since the TI-82 doesn't have that option, I decided to make a program that would do the same thing.  And thus, l716 was born.  Feel free to use this program as a subroutine in any of your own programs.  I only ask that you give credit where credit is due.
