This emulator is in 2 parts:
ION83EMUPC which adapt TI-83 rom and buffers addresses.
ION83EMU which run ION83EMUPC games (it create a fake environnement).


1 - ION83EMUPC
---------------
To adapt a ION program (TI-83): ION83EMUPC NAMEPROG.83P
ION83EMU will generate a file NOMPROG.82P ready to send in your TI-82.

You can add the -debug command, ION83EMUPC will generate 2 new files: test.txt and test2.txt.


2 - ION3EMU
------------

To use your ION83EMUPC games, send ION83EMU in your TI-82.


3 - LIMITATIONS
----------------

ION83EMU is not perfect, indeed it's hard to see everything!
So this emulator do not manage interrupt, some exotic ROM_CALL (however they are redirected to a 'ret')
and the link port.
