I need to know how to do statistical regressions manually for a program that 
I am writing.  Could someone point me in the right direction and/or tell me 
how to do them on this list?  I need linear, quadratic, exponential, 
logarithmic, sine, cosine, power, and the following conic sections: circle, 
ellipse, parabola (both), and hyperbola (both).  

I have a very lengthy list of points that are placed very closely, so I have 
plenty of data.
