It's for educational purposes. It can be for students, teachers, even the
administration of the school can purchase a copy.
No parents or relatives of the above, though.
At least, that's how the license almost always goes for programs. That's
how it works for my sister's copy of Photoshop 5.5 (it's an educational
version as well, and as a result, mad-ass cheap.).
