Hmmm, well, according to the second pic; the board
doesn't look damaged. That's good.
The plug itself will be a little harder to work
with depending on how much room there is inside the case. When I replaced the
connector in my TI-86 there was plenty of room (I only needed another millimeter
or so) I was lucky enough to have a surface mount 3/8" jack in my parts
box.
As far as I remember, Radio Shack only sell the PC
board mount (pins down) and not the surface mount (pins to the side) but if you
have an electronics outlet nearby or an older calc (TI-83 or lower) then you
should be able to fix it yourself. It appears that the seller replaced the
connector at one time and broke it in the process.
Now for the good news.

The far left solder pad is the TIP, the pad on the bottom is the RING and the pad at the top is the
GND.
