all those has a MC68000-based chip. the ti89hw2 (and probably ti92p 
(hw2?)too) has a MC68SEC000 chip
ti89 hw1 has a custom chip, that has more then just the 68000 in it (for 
example adress decoding, interrupt logic, port logic), probably the core is 
similar to the low power MC68SEC000.
The speed is 10MHz for hw1 and 12 MHz for hw2
