There is no such thing as an exact formula. The variation between resisters,
caps, chips (including the 68k processor) batteries, and battery voltage at any
given time make it practically impossible to determine an 'exact' calculation.
The best bet for you is to replace the cap or resister with various valuse and
graph it yourself.
