Off the top of my head, I don't think you can guarantee such a thing (the way
you want it to work) using HTML code. Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but
doesn't it depend how the browser does the bookmarking?
However, you could change the coding of your page to make it work fairly easily.
But I guess thats not what you want to do.
