The keyboard will transmit keystroke data to the host system as soon as a
key is pressed (or released) if both the DATA and CLOCK lines are HIGH. If
the CLOCK line is LOW, the keyboard will buffer keystroke data until the
CLOCK line goes HIGH again (the clock line acts as a -RTS signal). If the
DATA line is LOW, the keyboard prepares to accept a 11-bit control message
from the host (see below).
This doesn't look too bad. They keyboard will buffer!
