All you have to do is write a program that increaments the 8,16,or 32 bit 
number (starting withn the lowest that remotes use), and send out all 
"commands" for that frequency (not sure on the correct term).
If you don't understand what I wrote above (which you probably don't), then 
I will clarify it later.
