I guess you need to specify calculator here.
for information about writing to flash of an 89 look in 
ftp://d188.ryd.student.liu.se/calculator/ti89/tech/
not very uplifting though.. :) As far as I has read, there is no known way of
patching the actual (flash)ROM on any ti calc. You might be able to add some fun
things on some interrupts though.. (maybe ON?)
