that reminds me... didn't they used to make
something that was called a
"HardCard"? I think it was around in the early
90's. it was supposed to be
like a card that had memory chips or a small HD
on it and it acted exactly
like a hard drive, but plugged in to an ISA slot?
it was meant for a 286 or
something like that. it was an 8bit card if I
remember correctly.
