Since I am the first to reply to this message so far, I hope to start it off
correctly.

Jon, we will miss you.
I am sorry that you decided you must leave, but I wish you luck in all your
further endeavors.

As for the rest of us, perhaps we should take this as a sign to try and
_keep_ subscribers rather than get rid of them so quickly.  Remeber Richard.

I must also state that a lot of the list's content has surrounded Linux for
a while.  Not all, but quite a bit.  Now, I am all for Linux, and have two
dedicated Linux machines of my own.  But, perhaps we should start some sort
of quasi-Linux User's Group mailing list for us.  Perhaps Grant could take
on the task of the List??  If you wish too, I will certainly join it.

And, of a final note, perhaps rather than veni, vidi, _vici_, you should
say:
veni, vidi, excedabam.
