Well, it is me again.
OK, update: In Windows '98 SE I managed the following:
1. Using Transfer85 I managed to send some files, but not all, to the
calculator. Some programs generated link errors when transferring them.
2. Using Wtran8 I managed to get the TI-86 to see the program's name, but it
never transferred
Would this pretty much mean that either I somehow screwed up the link? Might
it somehow be a faulty serial port? I did not really bother trying using the
other port much, I only tried it with a few random combinations of settings.
I have never used COM1 (the one I use for the link) for anything ever. I
have only used COM2 to dock my Handheld PC (Philips Velo 500) so I know that
one works perfectly.
Sorry to bother you people so much but I think this is a step up from all
the random swearing and flaming that usually goes on here :)
