The admin of that system ought to be flogged. No system that
allows booting from a floppy can be considered even remotely
secure.
When setup properly, Fortress is pretty secure. My father is
the admin for a local school that uses Fortress. Their system
is quite secure (of course the most inventive hackers can still
get in, but its not easy)
