Hey grant, 

now with this stuff about using dram instead of flash chips, and about
interfacing ide drives, instead of just modifying the e2, why not make a
completely new expander? This is a small list I compiled of things that I
would like to see in the new expander:

1) Cheap DRAM chips (1 to 2 megs)
2) Plug in an IDE hd
3) Lower cost
4) I2C interface (for multiuser and stuff)
5) BackupMaster -> have the ability to switch between a few banks, so you
can have a bank for the 85, a bank for an 83, so on.)
6) Maybe an improved expansion port
7) Whatever other stuff people have in mind

sorry about not having the scancodes up, but i had school stuff to do. my
bad. i'm going to do it right now.
