I think it might range at most $75/mo unlimited out here in
civilization, although I'm sure I've seen some providers offer it as low
as $45. That's why CDPD is so good. 19.2 Kb wireless is nothing to
complain about, especially in the form of a Type III PCMCIA card.
And 10THz hardly scares me... what are you going to do with that range?
Raise the temperature in New York? Right now, I wouldn't mind that.
Although I could be slightly off, 10THz is high frequency radio, or low
infrared, since visible frequencies are around 400 THz or so to some
upper limit that I forgot. Also, the higher the freqency, the shorter
the range. I tend not to fall for a "stand right here" type of gag.
