Again the MacOS has had an equivelent for all OffNow and On Now.

Frankly your experience is not very much.  The MacOs is infact the one of
the easiest OSs to program for (MacOS and unix together).  And network
enviornment?  Why, name one reason.

You must not have had any or not much at all experience on a mac.  You
don't seem to like the macintosh, and I can tell by your biased opinion.
