I have made a second design for the PEI.  It uses 2 PCF8574A.  I call 
this Model B.  Model A is the design with the 1200.  It will emulate 2 
I2C chips so that the driver doesn't have to care which model it is 
communicating with.  This 2-tiered design allow the user to choose which 
one they what.  I am now designing memory modules for the PEI.  
Imagine-16 1MB flash chips connected to the PEI-that's 16MB's space!!  
Of course it is not all sequential, but still that's a lot of memory for 
a Calc!!
