Those are the NMOS versions, i.e. they'll use 600+ milliamps at that
speed. That's about 25 times more power than the entire TI-85
calculator uses during normal operation :).
The only one you can/should buy from Jameco is the Z84C00, which is
the static HCMOS version and it costs about $4.00 I think.
