Don't bother, It's parallel. without a converter, it's useless.

Nevermind that last question... I found the chip. It's p# 511-M28F101-20P
and is manufactured by SGS-Thomas. They also have a 2mb chip out. You can
find their data sheets at
http://www.st.com/stonline/books/pdf/menu/06020102.htm . I got the 1mb and
2mb but haven't looked at them yet.
